Za Mog

Za Mog was born in New York in the late 70's. From young adulthood he wandered about the US, living first an ascetic life, then a normal life, and now a hazardous life. Like many artists, his work is inspired by his pain, his faith, his love, and the conflicts therein. If you see him, grab something sharp or heavy and don't make eye contact.

Oil & Steel

Steel is the spirit trapped in the hardness of this world–laboriously expressing itself through the confines therein via fire and grime.

Oil is the rare moment it escapes these confines. It is pure color spat across dregs of this gritty existence.

Sometimes the two become one.
